1. Definitions

  • Customer: Any person or entity placing an order in the store.

  • Goods: Products offered for sale in the Online Store.

  • Sales Agreement: A contract between SewofWorld.com and the customer for the purchase of Goods.

  • Order: The customer's request for goods via the SewofWorld.com website.


2. General Provisions

  • These terms govern all purchases via SewofWorld.com.

  • The online store is operated by DEWO GROUP Krzysztof Słonina in Poland.

  • The online store is available to users aged 18 and over.

  • Customers can access, download, and print these regulations at any time.


3. Using the Online Store

  • Registration is required to use the Online Store.

  • Registration involves filling out a form, accepting these terms, and submitting required personal data.

  • The seller may restrict or revoke access if these terms are violated or false data is provided.

  • Customers must not use the store for any unlawful activity or interfere with store operations.

  • Customers must comply with all applicable laws in their country.


4. Placing Orders & Sales Agreement

  • Orders are placed via the website by adding goods to the cart and following checkout steps.

  • Customers can modify their orders before final confirmation.

  • A summary of costs, delivery, and payment will be provided before completing the purchase.

  • The sales contract is concluded when the customer receives an order confirmation email.

  • The contract is in English and governed by these Terms.


5. Delivery

  • Delivery time is 7–21 business days from the order date.

  • Essential contract terms and invoices are sent via email and with shipped Goods.


6. Prices, Customs Duties & Taxes

  • Product prices are displayed in USD for USA customers but can also be viewed and paid in several other available currencies.

  • Customs Duties & Import Taxes: Customers are responsible for paying all customs duties, import taxes, and other local fees required by their country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the total price paid to SewofWorld.com and must be paid directly to the appropriate governmental authorities by the Customer.

  • Refund Policy re: Customs: If the Customer fails to pay the required customs duties or taxes, resulting in the shipment being refused, returned, or not delivered, the Customer is not entitled to a refund of the payment made for the order.

  • Payment can be made by PayPal or credit card (MasterCard/Visa).


7. Right to Withdraw (Returns)

  • Customers may withdraw from the contract within 21 days after receiving goods without stating a reason.

  • The customer is required to return products at their own expense.

  • Returned goods must be new, unused, without signs of wear or use, and in their original packaging.

  • Written notice of withdrawal must be sent to office@sewofworld.com or by post.

  • A full refund (excluding delivery costs) will be processed within 14 days of withdrawal notification or return of goods.

  • Refunds are made using the same payment method as the original transaction.

  • Customers are responsible for any decrease in value due to use beyond inspection.

  • Custom-made Goods: Products tailored to individual specifications or made-to-order are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective.


8. Product Complaints

  • DEWO GROUP is liable for defects as specified by Polish law.

  • Complaints should be sent to office@sewofworld.com. Each complaint will be addressed within 14 days.

  • Warranty claims for manufacturer defects follow the terms provided in product warranty documentation.


9. Electronic Services Complaints

  • Report website issues to office@sewofworld.com or by mail.

  • Provide your name, contact details, and a description of the issue.

  • All service complaints will be addressed within 14 days.


10. Dispute Resolution & Other Provisions

  • Disputes with consumers: handled by competent courts under Polish law.

  • Disputes with businesses: handled by courts in Poland, location of DEWO GROUP.

  • Matters not described in these Terms follow Polish civil and electronic commerce law.


Note for International Customers (USA/Canada):
Goods are shipped from Poland. Additional customs duties or import taxes may apply according to local laws and are fully the responsibility of the customer. Customers who do not pay these charges will not be entitled to a refund.
