Improved Return Policy (English)

You can return most products within 21 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be new, unused, and in the same condition in which you received it, without any signs of wear or use, and must be returned in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Exceptions:
Personalized, custom-made, worn, used, or altered products cannot be returned or exchanged except if defective.

You are responsible for the cost of returning products, and delivery/shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (such as damaged or defective goods).

Defective or Damaged Goods:
If any of your products arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a refund, replacement, or repair.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit/debit card or original payment method within 14 days, unless otherwise agreed.
